Although these three lots are not buildable due to the 
wetland that afflicts them and the fact that there is 
absolutely no road to get there by vehicle, they could 
still please fishermen and nature lovers, since they are 
located in the heart of the forest and will offer peace and 
quiet to their future owners to do outdoor activities.

They are located in the forest on the edge of the stream at 
the end of Lake Brennan and access is difficult, because 
the paths mentioned on the plans have never been built (Ave 
des Toucans, rue du Héron ...)

ACCESS TO THE LAND FOR VISIT
Access can be done by boat via Lake Brennan to the stream 
that leads to them (see aerial photos).  This is the 
easiest way to access the three lots, otherwise you will 
have to walk in the forest, and therefore, you will have to 
locate the lots with the plan and aerial photos, which is 
practically impossible to do without having any other 
landmarks than the stream. 

PLEASE NOTE: It will be the buyer's responsibility to check 
with the urban planning and any other competent 
authorities, in order to confirm that his project or the 
activities he wants to do there are permitted in this 
RUR-12 zone.

The owner has never seen the lots since the purchase; the 
sale is therefore made without legal warranty at the 
buyer's risk and peril precisely for this reason. 

There will be no certificate of location or staking 
certificate that will be issued at the seller's expense.
